Social and Economic Development: A Holistic Approach (Delta Publicaciones, 2017)
A comprehensive manual for social development, international cooperation, and community empowerment.
This manual stems from a university course on social development, international cooperation, and citizen engagement co-prepared by project manager Amaya Blanco and Sergio García Magariño, first taught at the University of Cadiz.
The work intersects with criminology, building on the widely recognized premise that the most effective prevention mechanisms for macro-crimes, such as organized crime or transnational terrorism, emerge from addressing and resolving underlying contexts of poverty and inequality.
The volume is structured into five core modules designed to provide students of international cooperation and development with essential theoretical frameworks and practical field tools, emphasizing service-oriented leadership and youth empowerment.
